Depot Repair
Service :
- you can
send in your PC to our service center for a complete
check-up and repair.
- We charge $30 - $90 per case. If service charge is
over $90, we will request your agreement before
repairing.
- Diagnostic fee $20 will be
waived if repair service is ordered.
- No hidden charges or hourly rates
Onsite Repair Service :
- Once requested, we will
arrange an onsite schedule. An expert technician will be
dispatched to your location the same day or next
business day to solve your problems.
- We charge a flat rate of $75.00 each hour for computer
system, hardware/software, troubleshooting/repairs.
- We charge $85.00 each hour for Accounting systems
Peachtree and Quickbooks; $95.00 each hour for
Accounting systems Mas90 and SBT.
- Minimum charge for one hour.
- If distance is over 35 miles, an extra one hour charge
may be applied.
- No travel charges. No hidden charges.
